Should your child require medication for a serious medical condition e.g. an Epipen, Asthma inhaler, Diabetic Medication or any other type of medication then please ensure that it is brought to Student Services, clearly labelled with your child’s name and any supporting paperwork that we may need.

Should your child feel unwell during the school day then you will be contacted to discuss how best to treat them. If they need to go home then they must be collected by a responsible adult; they will not be allowed to travel home alone.

If your child requires medication on an ad hoc basis then please complete the Administration of Medication Form below. This must be completed and handed to Student Services, along with the named medication in the original packaging.

If your child has a current Health Care Plan then please contact Student Services. You will be contacted to discuss the details further to ensure we are caring for your child in the best way possible.
